If Vending Booth Fee is paid before March 31, 2011 your booth fee will be $25

If Vending Booth Fee is paid before June 30, 2011 your booth fee will be $35

Anytime after June 30, 2011 booth fee will be $50

Handmade and Reader Booth Fee Discounts

If Vending Booth Fee is paid before March 31, 2011 your booth fee will be $10

If Vending Booth Fee is paid before June 30, 2011 your booth fee will be $15

Anytime after June 30, 2011 booth fee will be $25

Food Booth Fee Discounts

If Vending Booth Fee is paid before March 31, 2011 your booth fee will be $50

If Vending Booth Fee is paid before June 30, 2011 your booth fee will be $75

Anytime after June 30, 2011 booth fee will be $100

Vendor and Information Booth Requirements

1 – Arkansas Pagan Pride 2010 will be at River Front Park in downtown Little Rock on the Arkansas River. Arkansas Pagan Pride 2010 will be held September 18, 2010 with setup beginning at 6am, gates opening at 8am and ending at 9pm. Since we will be running into the evening hours, you will need to bring your own lighting to light your booth.

2 - Vendors are required to provide their own setup, including but not limited to:

A – Tent

B – Tables

C – Tablecloths – All tables should be covered.

D – Chairs

E – Lighting

F - #14, 3 prong Extension Cord

3 – Vendors are required to stay until the festival is finished. Exceptions will be taken on a case by case bases. If a vendor leaves or packs up before the festival is over, they will not be able to vend at the festival the following year.

***Packing up or leaving before the festival is over sends a message to people at the festival, that the festival is over. Those that are willing to stick it out until the end pay the price of those giving the wrong message.

4 – Items NOT to be sold at festival are:

A – Silly String

B – Ooze or Slime

C – Disappearing Ink

D – Fart Bombs

E - Stink Bombs

F – Marshmallow Guns

G - Water Guns

H - Potato Guns

I – Any other type of item that fires a projectile item.

J – Laser Pointers

5 – Vendors are responsible for picking up their own trash and disposing of it in the appropriate trash bins.

6 – Vendors are requested to donate a minimum of 1 door prize.

7 – Vendors need to be pre-registered and have their booth fee paid in advance by August 10, 2010.

8 – Festival will go on rain or shine, so bring the appropriate items for your booth.

9 – Due to a new location and more people, Vendors are advised to have someone in their booth at all times.

10 – Vendors, if you bring your children you are responsible for them. Due to the new location, next to the river and downtown Little Rock, you will need to keep a closer eye on your children at all times. Do not allow them to wander around without a parent.

11 – If vendor needs electricity, each vendor is responsible for bringing a minimum of 100 foot (#14 with 3 prongs) extension cord. You are allowed to run a fan no bigger than a box fan, no heaters or air conditioners.

12 – Vendor setup 6am on day of the show. No vendors will be allowed to setup after 9am, no vehicles will be allowed into the park area after 8am.
